2. Eligibility
By booking a service with Lotus Restored, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You provide accurate medical information
You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol during treatment
You do not have any medical condition that contraindicates the procedure (unless medically cleared)
3. Appointments & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in:
